Hanjin House, Haven Exchange Felixstowe, let to an international logistics company
Hanjin House, a modern two storey building in Felixstowe’s Haven Exchange, has been let to new tenants by Ipswich-based Penn Commercial.
The new tenants are an international logistics company, who have relocated from the Port of Felixstowe.
The impressive 8,494 sq. ft. building, which is close to Dock Gate 1 at the Port of Felixstowe, has accommodation ranged over two floors. The ground floor provides more than 4,000 sq. ft. of open plan office space, plus lobby and reception area. The first floor offers a further 4,000 sq. ft. of open plan offices.
The 0.657 acre site includes 60 car parking spaces.

Hanjin House was let to the new tenants on a flexible lease at approximately £10 per sq. ft.
The landlord, Felixstowe Syndicate, has agreed to redecorate and re-carpet the building, and undertake refurbishment works.
